TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All prices featured on the website include shipping cost worldwide.
Payments can be made in both, Euros (€) and Dollars ($).
In the case of orders to countries outside of Spain, the purchaser agrees to act as the importer of the products concerned. All customs duties, local taxes, right to import taxes or state taxes arising at the delivery destination will be the responsibility of the client and are not included in the price of the products. These fees are not affiliated with www.benibeca.com. It is the full responsibility of the client to ensure the payment of these fees to their local authorities.
We reserve the right to modify the prices of products at any time. All invoiced prices will reflect the price indicated at the time of order, subject to availability.
When ordering for the first time, the customer can create an online account with updated personal information. Customers also have the possibility to make a purchase as guests. If they choose this option, they will have to introduce their personal details again each time they wish to make a new purchase. Once an order has been received and its contents confirmed, the sales contract will be deemed in effect.
Once having clicked on the confirm button for the online order, the client agrees to accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Once BENIBECA has received the order, the contract will be in effect.
DELIVERY AND COST
At www.benibeca.com we deliver our products worldwide and we offer free shipping for all orders, regardless of the country of destination. All product prices featured on the website include the shipping cost.
All orders received from Monday to Friday before 2:30 PM (CET or CEST, depending on the period of the year) will be processed and sent on the same day. All orders received afterward will be prepared and sent on the next working day.
Approximate delivery times:
- Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): 24h
- Spain (Canary Islands): 24-48h
- European Union: 4-5 working days
- International (rest of the world): 5-7 working days
Please note that these are the standard delivery times, but exceptional events out of our control, such as the COVID-19 virus outbreak, may cause delays for which BENIBECA cannot be held responsible.
Neither BENIBECA nor the various transport companies will be liable for any failure to deliver as a result of an incorrect address.
Requests for deliveries to P.O. boxes cannot be accepted.
The goods will be delivered directly to the purchaser. Upon delivery, the purchaser should verify the contents and conditions of the delivered goods. The signing of the delivery slip constitutes confirmation that the order has been fulfilled.
All products are inspected prior to shipment and are in perfect condition. In the event that your order is incomplete or items are damaged, you should refuse the delivery and note on the delivery slip your motive for refusal. You should then contact BENIBECA to inform about your refusal and to request a new delivery. In order to do so, please send an email to email@example.com.
In this case, the cost of the second delivery will be borne by BENIBECA. Or, if you so wish, you could cancel your order and a refund will be issued. To cancel your order, please return the product to the shipper and contact BENIBECA at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a notice from the courier company. Please contact the corresponding company in order to schedule a new delivery. If finally the order has not been delivered, the courier will return the goods to BENIBECA. In this case, the return shipping cost will be billed to the purchaser. This payment will be deducted from the purchaser’s refund due.
BENIBECA accounts are held at BBVA (Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria) in Spain. Payments can be made via a secure Stripe gateway, via PayPal, or any other payment method enabled by the company.
All orders from Spain include a 21% VAT, according to current legislation.

All information exchanged with the purpose of processing a payment will be encrypted. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. This data will not be stored in our IT system. For any further information, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
BENIBECA is committed to providing products of the highest level of manufacturing possible and all products are thoroughly inspected before they are delivered. If you are not satisfied with your order, or if you have simply changed your mind, we will be happy to exchange or refund the products concerned. Except in the very unlikely event that the order arrives incomplete or damaged, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by the purchaser. How?
The customer must organize a delivery on his own, using the courier company of his choice, and have the products intended for return or exchange delivered to the following address: Office 216B, Building Vega 1, Street Almutamid, 6, 41900, Camas, Seville – Spain.
All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Items requested to be returned or exchanged must be in original condition and original packaging. Worn items will not be exchanged unless deemed faulty by the BENIBECA team. Items purchased on sale or discounted are not refundable.
All return and exchange requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. On your message, please explain the reason for return and notify your requested action: exchange or refund. Once the request has been granted, the customer should organize the delivery as explained above.
Refund requests, when granted, will be for the purchase price of the item. Since the return will be organized by the customer, no delivery fee will be deducted from the refund due.
Exchange requests will be subject to product availability. BENIBECA will issue a refund to the purchaser in the event that the price of the item in exchange is less than the originally purchased item.
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address and items ordered, please send an email to email@example.com within 1 hour of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read ‘CHANGE OF ORDER’ or ‘CANCEL ORDER’ for the request to be processed. Once this period of time has passed, your order may have already been processed and shipped. If that were the case, the purchaser will need to take care of the return.
Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days from the moment we receive back the returned goods.
Before making any order, we ask you to please consult our Size Chart.
In the event that you have bought a wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it, subject to availability. The shipping cost of the return will be borne by the purchaser, though. How? The purchaser will need to organize, on his own, the return of the items to our warehouse, to the address indicated above.

Accordingly, and in accordance with the Code of Intellectual Property, only private use of the website is permitted. Any other use, without the written consent of BENIBECA, will be deemed counterfeit and sanctioned under the Code of Intellectual Property.
The products offered are in conformity with Spanish and European laws. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that purchases and imported products from our site conform to local laws.
Photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractual. BENIBECA will not be held responsible for any errors as depicted in photography or text. BENIBECA will not be held in breach of contract due to products being out of stock, acts of nature, or strikes (of postal services, communications, or any methods of transportation). BENIBECA will not incur any responsibility for losses due to resent, trading loss, loss of profit, loss of chance, damages or any other expenses not derived from BENIBECA´s fault. BENIBECA will not be held responsible for delays due to customs controls, exceptional emergency situations, or any other actions taken by any local authorities.
BENIBECA is released from any responsibility if any content from third-party sites that cite benibeca.com contravene the legal and lawful provisions in force.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
The current sales contract is subject to Spanish law. In the event of any legal action, the jurisdiction applicable will correspond to Spanish courts.
BENIBECA is committed to not revealing any personal or confidential client information. All client information is deemed confidential and is only used for internal purposes of processing your order as well as to establish communications between BENIBECA.COM and its customers. The curriers in charge of the delivery of the orders will only receive the essential personal information in order to fulfill the delivery.
