For orders shipped outside the European Union, the purchaser acts as the importer of record.
All customs duties, local taxes, import tariffs or state fees must be paid locally by the customer and are not included in product prices or invoices.

All invoiced prices correspond to those displayed at checkout.

Submitting an order electronically constitutes unconditional agreement with all Benibeca policies.

All orders to Europe and the Americas are shipped from Ibiza, Spain, using DHL Express — insured and fully tracked.
Orders placed before 12:00 (CET/CEST) ship the same day.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Orders placed before 12:00 (CET/CEST) ship the same day.
• Delivery estimates may vary based on customs processing.
• Deliveries to P.O. boxes cannot be accepted.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of Benibeca.
• Parcels returned due to failed delivery attempts will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
• Orders shipped outside the EU do not include import duties or taxes, payable locally by the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Exchanges (Complimentary)

• Size exchanges are complimentary.
• A new size ships once the original item is received and inspected.
• Availability depends on stock.
• Exchanges for a different model or colour follow standard return conditions.

Returns 

EUROPE 

* Estimated rates (approximate): weight set at 2 kg (actual weight depends on the item's weight and volume); base rate excluding VAT and fuel surcharges; possible customs charges outside the EU and other surcharges; subject to annual increases (GPI).

• The fee is deducted from your refund.
• Applies per order (not per item).
• Returns are complimentary only in case of faulty or incorrect items.
• During discount periods (e.g. Black Friday), the same fee applies.
• Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
• Import duties or taxes cannot be refunded by Benibeca.

INTERNATIONAL

The customer will be responsible for covering the cost of the return.
In addition, any taxes, duties, import fees, or costs arising from the return process may be deducted from the refund amount, as applicable.
The estimated cost of a return to the USA is 35 euros excluding VAT and fuel surcharges.

How to request a return or exchange

Email support@benibeca.com with your order number and item(s) to return or exchange.
Our team will guide you and provide a prepaid label if required.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days once the item arrives and passes inspection.
