Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Any customs duties, local taxes or import fees charged at destination are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

In which currency will I be charged?

All orders are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
Prices may appear in EUR, USD, or GBP depending on your region.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In perfect condition
  • With all tags attached

Are size exchanges free?

Yes. Size exchanges are complimentary.
The replacement item ships once the original item has been received and inspected, subject to stock availability.

How much does a return cost?

Return fees vary by destination and are applied per order, not per item.
The applicable return fee is deducted from your refund.
