RETURNS POLICY

At BENIBECA, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality, ensuring they pass strict quality control before shipping. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, we offer exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges and returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition.
  • For exchanges or returns, please contact us at hello@benibeca.com.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Refunds, when approved, will be issued for the purchase price minus a return fee (see below for details).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 calendar days after we receive the returned items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
