EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — BENIBECA (MODA IMPORT EXPORT LLC)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Where the goods in your order are delivered separately, the period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last of those goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Moda Import Export LLC, 99 Wall Street #5552, New York, NY 10005, USA, email support@benibeca.com, telephone +34 660 130 696, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but it is not obligatory.
You can also electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form, or any other unequivocal statement of withdrawal, through the withdrawal function available on our website at Withdraw from contract here. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by email) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Promotional gifts and items included free of charge
Where your order includes a gift, sample or other item provided free of charge and conditional on the purchase (for example, a gift with purchase or a gift for exceeding a minimum order value), that item forms part of the same order. If you withdraw from the entire order, you must also return that free item, together with the purchased goods, in the same conditions set out above.
In the case of a partial withdrawal, if after the return your order no longer meets the condition that entitled you to the gift (for example, it no longer reaches the minimum promotional order value), you must likewise return the free item. If you do not return the free item, or you return it with a diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct its value [value stated in the promotion / usual retail price: X] from the amount to be reimbursed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received all items in the order back, including the free item, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the purchaser acts as the importer of record.
All customs duties, local taxes, import tariffs or state fees must be paid locally by the customer and are not included in product prices or invoices.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Orders placed before 12:00 (CET/CEST) ship the same day.
- Delivery estimates may vary based on customs processing.
- Deliveries to P.O. boxes cannot be accepted.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of Benibeca.
- Parcels returned due to failed delivery attempts will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- Orders shipped outside the EU do not include import duties or taxes, payable locally by the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition with original packaging and tags attached.
Exchanges (Complimentary)
- Size exchanges are complimentary.
- A new size ships once the original item is received and inspected.
- Availability depends on stock.
- Exchanges for a different model or colour follow standard return conditions.
Returns (15 € return fee)
- Returns carry a fixed 15 € fee for shipping and handling.
- The fee is deducted from your refund.
- Applies per order (not per item).
- Returns are complimentary only in case of faulty or incorrect items.
- During discount periods (e.g. Black Friday), the same fee applies.
- Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
- Import duties or taxes cannot be refunded by Benibeca.
How to request a return or exchange

Our team will guide you and provide a prepaid label if required.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days once the item arrives and passes inspection.
