BENIBECA is committed to providing products of the highest level of manufacturing possible and all products are thoroughly inspected before they are delivered. If you are not satisfied with your order, or if you have simply changed your mind, we will be happy to exchange or refund the products concerned. Except in the very unlikely event that the order arrives incomplete or damaged, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by the purchaser. How?

The customer must organize a delivery on his own, using the courier company of his choice, and have the products intended for return or exchange delivered to the following address: DROPSERVICE. Street C. Mosaico, 3, 41700 Dos Hermanas, Seville- Spain. 

All exchanges and returns must be made within 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Items requested to be returned or exchanged must be in original condition and original packaging. Worn items will not be exchanged unless deemed faulty by the BENIBECA team. 

All return and exchange requests should be sent to On your message, please explain the reason for return and notify your requested action: exchange or refund. Once the request has been granted, the customer should organize the delivery as explained above.

Refund requests, when granted, will be for the purchase price of the item. Since the return will be organized by the customer, no delivery fee will be deducted from the refund due.

Exchange requests will be subject to product availability. BENIBECA will issue a refund to the purchaser in the event that the price of the item in exchange is less than the originally purchased item.

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address and items ordered, please send an email to within 1 hour of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read ‘CHANGE OF ORDER’ or ‘CANCEL ORDER’ for the request to be processed. Once this period of time has passed, your order may have already been processed and shipped. If that were the case, the purchaser will need to take care of the return.

Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days from the moment we receive back the returned goods.
