PRICES

In the case of orders to countries outside of EU, the purchaser agrees to act as the importer of the products concerned.  All customs duties, local taxes, right to import taxes or state taxes arising at the delivery destination will be the responsibility of the client and are not included in the price of the products. These fees are not affiliated with www.benibeca.com. It is the full responsibility of the client to ensure the payment of these fees to their local authorities.

We reserve the right to modify the prices of products at any time. All invoiced prices will reflect the price indicated at the time of order, subject to availability.

 

ORDER

When ordering for the first time, the customer can create an online account with updated personal information. Customers also have the possibility to make a purchase as guests. If they choose this option, they will have to introduce their personal details again each time they wish to make a new purchase. Once an order has been received and its contents confirmed, the sales contract will be deemed in effect.

At the moment of completing the order process, the purchaser must accept the Benibeca Privacy Policy and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and by competing the order process, the purchaser confirms that he has read, understood and accepted them. By sending the order form by electronic means, the purchaser thereby unconditionally accepts to respect the agreement with BENIBECA and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. By sending the order form completed, the buyer agrees to having understood and accepted the prevailing General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

CONFIRMATION

Once having clicked on the confirm button for the online order, the client agrees to accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Once BENIBECA has received the order, the contract will be in effect.

 

DELIVERY AND COST

At www.benibeca.com we deliver our products worldwide.

All orders received from Monday to Friday before 2:30 PM (CET or CEST, depending on the period of the year) will be processed and sent on the same day. All orders received afterward will be prepared and sent on the next working day.

  • EU & North America - 15 USD / 3 - 7 Days
  • South & Central America - 20 USD / 3 - 10 Days

Please note that these are the standard delivery times, but exceptional events out of our control, such as the COVID-19 virus outbreak, may cause delays for which BENIBECA cannot be held responsible.

Neither BENIBECA nor the various transport companies will be liable for any failure to deliver as a result of an incorrect address. 

Requests for deliveries to P.O. boxes cannot be accepted.

The goods will be delivered directly to the purchaser. Upon delivery, the purchaser should verify the contents and conditions of the delivered goods. The signing of the delivery slip constitutes confirmation that the order has been fulfilled.

All products are inspected prior to shipment and are in perfect condition. In the event that your order is incomplete or items are damaged, you should refuse the delivery and note on the delivery slip your motive for refusal. You should then contact BENIBECA to inform about your refusal and to request a new delivery. In order to do so, please send an email to hello@benibeca.com.

In this case, the cost of the second delivery will be borne by BENIBECA. Or, if you so wish, you could cancel your order and a refund will be issued. To cancel your order, please return the product to the shipper and contact BENIBECA at hello@benibeca.com.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will receive a notice from the courier company. Please contact the corresponding company in order to schedule a new delivery. If finally the order has not been delivered, the courier will return the goods to BENIBECA. In this case, the return shipping cost will be billed to the purchaser. This payment will be deducted from the purchaser’s refund due.

 

PAYMENTS

BENIBECA accounts are held at  Evolve Bank & Trust in The Usa. Payments can be made via a secure Stripe gateway, via PayPal, or any other payment method enabled by the company.

All orders from Europe include VAT, according to current legislation.
